Confucius Institute in Ukraine:Status Quo and Prospects

孔子学院已成为世界学习汉语言文化、了解当代中国的主要平台,推动海外汉语教学,扩大汉语教学的规模和阵地是孔子学院的重要工作。文章分析了乌克兰汉学研究及汉语教学的现状,回顾了卢甘斯克国立大学孔子学院在推广汉语教学、宣传中国文化中的作用,对孔子学院的发展前景作了展望。

Confucius Institute has become an important institution to promote Chinese language and culture in the world and to facilitate other peoples＇ understanding of today＇s China.Its chief work is the promotion of overseas Chinese teaching by increasing the scale and improving the popularity of the latter.This paper is a probe into the status quo of the Chinese studies and Chinese teaching in Ukraine;reviewing the roles of the Confucius Institute at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University in the promotion of Chinese teaching and Chinese culture,it displays a promising future of Confucius Institute.
