摘要
为顺利解决贫困大学生"入学难"问题,浙江省政府、社会各界、各高校都采取了一系列的资助政策和举措,取得了良好的工作成效。然而,综观当前浙江省高校贫困生资助体系,仍存在如间接资助比例偏低、勤工助学岗位偏少、部分贫困大学生对助学政策依赖性过强等问题。为进一步提高贫困生资助的实效性,我们要积极倡导"授人以渔"助学新理念,构建"经济"与"心理"的双向扶贫策略,进一步拓展高校贫困生助学新模式。
To fund college students with financial problems,a series of policies and measures have been carried out and taken by the provincial government of Zhejiang,NGOs and universities and colleges,which have proved effective.On the other hand,the current funding system adopted by most of the universities and colleges in Zhejiang is still with such problems as lower proportions of indirect funding,less work-study programs,and students' over-dependence on funding.In order to improve the effectiveness of the funding system,we need a new concept and model of funding,i.e.,"teaching to fish",which attaches equal importance to "financial aid" and "independence".
