基于证据理论的高新技术企业自主创新能力评价研究

On the evaluation of independent innovation capabilities of hi-tech enterprises based on the theory of evidence

如何科学有效的评价高新技术企业自主创新能力,对进一步促进高新技术企业成为自主创新主体具有重要意义。文章建立高新技术企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,提出了一种均值变换法对定量指标进行无量纲化,应用灰色白化权函数对混合属性的一致性转化,采用证据推理算法对评价信息进行综合。以安徽省某一高新技术企业为例,对其自主创新能力进行评价,证明该方法的有效可行。

How to evaluate the independent innovation capabilities of high-tech enterprises scientifically and effectively is of great significance to make high-tech enterprises become the main body of independent innovation activities. By setting up an index evaluation system of independent innovation ability for high-tech enterprises, this paper proposes a even transformation dimensionless method for quantitative indicators and the evidential reasoning algorithm to integrate gray whitenization with the application of weight function to transform the mixed-attributes to uniform ones. Such method is proved to be feasible and effective after the capability of independent innovation of a high-tech enterprise in Anhui province is evaluated by the index system.
