摘要
会议筹备问题的实质是目标规划,本文先利用平均值的置信区间估计预测出与会代表人数,并制定了合理的住宿安排方案使空房费最低,建立了宾馆和客房预订的目标规划模型;接着在会议室和客车安排上提出了代表流动的等概率假设,给出了费用的最优化模型;最后借助优化软件LINGO11.0,对数学模型进行了求解并找到最优解。
The essence of conference preparation is objective programming.At first, Participants number is fore- casted by confidence interval estimation, with reasonable accommodation plan which can minimize the fee of empty rooms, objective programming model of hotel and room booking is built. Then, equal pmb^ility hypothesis is made to obtain optimization model when arranging meeting rooms and buses. At last, mathematics model is solved by lingo 11. 0, and the global optimal solution is found.
