摘要
学术权力作为保障大学教师群体享有学术自由的保障,对学术权利的认识和呼吁代表了学者消解正在膨胀的行政权力的努力,也代表了学术文化和行政文化两种文化和价值观念在大学中的冲突,但从根本上来说,无论大学的学术权力或者是行政权力,最终均应指向个体的幸福生活,大学的学术权力和行政权力应从对抗走向对话,从相互理解和尊重出发共同促进知识传播和学术发展。
As a protection for academic freedom of universities＇ teacher group, Academic power＇ s demand means scholar striving for against a swelling Executive power and a literacy or values＇ conflict in university. In the final analysis, regardless Academic power or Executive power all points Individual well-being, we must find a effective development roads on the basis of understanding and deference.
