近年来,随着我国高等职业教育蓬勃发展,毕业生就业难的问题日益凸显,对高职毕业生而言,解决就业难的最根本途径在于提升毕业生的就业竞争力。文中分析了高职毕业生就业竞争力的组成及其对就业率和就业质量的影响,并对如何培养提升高职毕业生就业竞争力提出了一些设想。
