大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题及改进策略

Existing Problems and Improvement Measures during Vocational Design of University Students

文中分析了我国大学生职业生涯规划存在的一些问题,如大学生自身职业生涯规划意识淡薄、自我认知不足、存在择业观点误区,高校职业生涯规划辅导体系的不完善,职业生涯规划机构服务质量不高,和我国财政部门对其经费投入少等,之后尝试提出了相应的改进策略。

This paper analyzes some existing problems in vocational career design of university students,for example, college students have no consciousness of vocational career design and self-cognition is insufficient, counselling system of vocational career design in universities is imperfect, the service level of specialized service organization is low, government gives little funds to it. Some improvement measures are proposed in the last.
