近几年来,强烈要求提高汽车用铅蓄电池大功率输出输入性能的呼声日趋高涨。因此,日本新神户电机株式会社开发研制的汽车用卷绕结构高性能铅蓄电池(以下简称电池)已投放市场。新品电池极板面积是传统液式电池(以下称传统产品)极板的2倍。新品电池采用特殊处理的隔板,提高了耐浸透短路性能,使隔板达成薄型化。为将极板制成柔软性能良好的卷绕结构,采用低粘度糊状活物质,同时配备了新研制的涂填设备。新品电池大功率输出输入性能是传统电池的1.5倍。
There is a high demand for improving the performance of lead batteries for automobiles in recent years. That is why the ShinKobe Electric CO., Ltd manufactured high-performance spiral-wound lead batteries(henceforth batteries) and put them into market. The pole plate area of the new battery is two times that of the traditional liquid-type batteries (henceforth traditional products). The new battery adopts specially-treated baffle plate, which can improve the performance of anti-saturation and anti-short-circuit and makes it thinner. It uses low viscosity paste-shaped active substances and applies newly-invented pasting and instilling facilities to make the pole plates into spiral-wound structure that has good softening performance. The out-put and in-put performance of the new battery is 1.5 times that of the traditional products.
