摘要
以某潜艇防空导弹武器系统的作战过程为对象,建立了该武器系统综合作战效能的指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP法)与专家组决策法(Delphi法)相结合的方法确定各指标的权重,并且对各指标进行量化后规范化处理,给出分级的潜艇防空导弹武器系统综合作战效能综合评估模型,并举例进行定量分析和计算。
Based on the operation course of the new type submarine-launched air defense missile weapon system, the index sign system of the comprehensive combat effectiveness of the submarine-launched air defense missile weapon system was established. The AHP method and the Delphi method were used to determine the weight of every index, and the indexes were standardized after being quantified, The classified comprehensive evaluation model of the new type submarine-launched air defense missile weapon system and an example for the quantitative analysis and calculation were given.
