摘要 利用动态水滴实验对不同老化程度的硅橡胶绝缘子的憎水性进行了评估。针对电流信号包络线的脉冲个数、均值、标准方差、峰度和偏度等5个因素,对泄露电流进行了分析,找出了复合绝缘子表面憎水性与泄露电流之间的关系。结果表明,泄露电流的特性对复合绝缘子憎水性的变化很敏感。 Outdoor polymeric insulators are widely used in power system because of their superior hydrophobic. Due to the environmental influence, the chemical changes may take place and cause the loss of hydrophobie, which will endanger the long-term performance of outdoor insulators in service. So, it is important to take accurate evaluation of the insulator hydrophobic. A dynamic drop test (DDT) was carried out to evaluate the hydrophobic properties for different ageing levels of silicone rubber insulator. For the current signal envelope of the pulse number, mean, standard deviation, kurtosis, and skewness of five factors, leakage currents were analyzed to identify the composite insulator surface hydrophobic and the leakage current relationship. The results showed that leakage current characteristics of composite insulators is very sensitive to changes in hydrophobicity.
