在党的不同历史时期形成了不同的精神,而最能体现党的性质和宗旨、党的优良作风的就是延安精神。新形势下加强和改进党的作风建设必须大力弘扬延安精神,最关键的是要做到两点:一是必须认真贯彻党的全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨;二是必须大兴艰苦奋斗之风。
