学风是高校办学思想、教育质量和管理水平的重要标志。学风建设的成效最终体现在广大学生的行动上,因此,保持学生党员的先进性,充分发挥学生党员在学风建设中的先锋模范作用,可以以点带面、以面带片,形成学生党建与学风建设相互促进、共同发展的良好局面。

Academic atmosphere is an important symbol of the philosophy in running the university, education quality and management level. The effect of constructing academic atmosphere is finally shown in the performance of all the students. Thus maintaining the advancement of the student Party members, fully bringing into play the pioneers and models of student Party members in constructing the academic atmosphere can use the experience of a selected unit to promote the work in an entire area and use that of the area to promote all the areas so as to make fine situation of promoting and mutually developing the construction of the student Party organization and that of the academic atmosphere.
