摘要
薄壁结构零件在加工过程中,极易发生变形和切削振动,这对提高加工质量和加工效率十分不利;利用MIKRON UCP800 DURO高速加工中心和相关仪器,针对2A12铝合金薄壁结构零件进行铣削实验,测得特定刀具和工件系统的动态铣削力系数;编制Matlab仿真程序,将仿真的力和试验测量的力进行比较,为进一步研究薄壁零件加工规律奠定了必要的基础。
It is detrimental to the increase of quality and machining efficiency, owing to the cutting deformation and chatter in machining of thin-walled workpieces. The force coefficients of 2A12 aluminum alloy and specific cutter were acquired via milling tests on Mikron UCP800 DURO high speed machining center and some equipment. The Matlab simulation program was worked out, the simulated force and measured force were compared. All these work lays a reliable foundation to the further studies on the cutting rules of thin-walled workpiece.
