摘要
利用Dynaform软件对汽车尾灯板外拉伸成形过程中摩擦系数的影响做了研究,并分析了数值模拟结果,得出的结论是:摩擦系数的递增,能增大尾灯板外拉伸成形过程中的破裂趋势。
In this paper, Dynaform is used in the stzench to forming process the friction cocefficient influence to the automobile rear light board outside, and analyzed the numerical simulation result. Obtains increasing the friction coefficient could increase the stretch forming process breakage tendency of the rear light board.
