摘要
一维磁敏元件阵列的数字式位移测试方法,测量结果不能跨越两个完整码区,所以不能进行码值的逐位纠错;采用二维微功耗集成霍尔元件阵列,设计了一种基于以上基础的双重纠错编译码油缸,通过编码过程的码区填充和译码过程的逐位纠错,提高了测量系统的分辨率,可靠性以及抗干扰能力。
Row data of the displacement measurement with 1-Dimensional Digital Magneto-dependent Sensor array can not span two full code regions, so that it can't correct code seriatim. The article introduces a new coding cyhnder which has double error correction function by 2-Dimensional Digital micro power Integrated Hall-Effect Sensor array. Through code region filling in encoding process and bitwise correction in decoding process, it enhances the system resolution, reliability and anti-jamming capability.
