摘要
在ANSYS中建立了某半高箱的有限元分析模型,并对其进行了标准工况下的强度和刚度计算;通过分析得出现有结构不合理的结论,并提出两种结构改进方案;分析结果表明,两种改进方案均提高了半高箱的强度和刚度,达到了使用要求。
Finite element analysis model for certain half-height container was established under ANSYS environment, then strength and stiffness for this model under standard operating conditions was calculated. The result of irrational existing structure was obtained through analysis, and two kinds of structural improvements were proposed. The results showed that two kinds of improvement programs have improved the half-height boxes of strength and stiffness to meet work requirements.
