摘要 阐述了模具表面处理的重要性及主要的处理方法,着重介绍了电火花表面处理技术的特点、原理、应用实例,以及与激光表面处理技术的比较;模具表面电火花处理技术具有简易高效、成本低廉、节能环保等诸多优点,很有实用价值,是一种特别适合在作为"模具之乡"台州的模具制造产业中发展和推广的表面处理技术。 In this paper the importance of surface treatment for moulds and various surface treatment methods were introduced, specifically the electren-spark surface treatment was explained, including its characteristics, principle and application as well as its comparison with laser surface treatment. The electron-spark surface treatment technology on moulds has an advantage of effective, low cost, environment protective and so on, so it is practically valuable and especially suitable to develop for the mould manufacture enterprises in Taizhou city, famous as "the capital of mould".
