^(14)C呼气试验与快速尿素酶幽门螺旋杆菌测试的比较研究

Comparative Study on ^(14)C Breath Test and Rapid Urease Test for Helicobacter Pylori

目的研究探讨14C尿素呼气试验在诊断幽门螺旋杆菌感染中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院14C呼气试验与快速尿素酶幽门螺旋杆菌测试的134例胃病患者的临床资料。结果14C尿素呼气试验阳性率、敏感性、特异性、正确性与尿素酶试验阳性率、敏感性、特异性、正确性检测方法上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论14C尿素呼气试验与快速尿素酶幽门螺旋杆菌测试检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染无显著性差异;14C尿素呼气试验具有操作简单、可靠、安全等优点,且患者容易接受,是一种较理想、有前途的无创性幽门螺旋杆菌检测方法,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study and investigate the clinical value of 14C urea breath test in the diagnosis of helicobacter pylori infection. Methods The clinical datas of 134 cases tested by 14C breath test and rapid urcase test for helicobacter pylori were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive rate, sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of 14C urea breath test and rapid urease test had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion 14C urea breath test and rapid urease test for helicobacter pylori infection have no significant difference; 14C urea breath test is simple, reliable, safe, etc., and the patient is easy to accept. It is an ideal and a promising non-invasive helicobacter pylori detection method, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
