闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折68例

Internal Fixation with Closed Reduction and Hollow Compression Screw for Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture of 68 Cases

目的探讨采用闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对2001年至2008年间本院68例采用闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组68例经1～2年随访,骨折愈合63例,愈合率达92.6%。功能评定优40例,占58.8%;良14例,占20.6%;总优良率为79.4%。结论闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定术具有快捷、操作简便、手术费用低、疗效确实、尤其在农村、经济落后地区更易被患者接受,可作为治疗股骨颈骨折的一种补充治疗措施。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation with closed reduction and hollow compression screw for treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods The clinical datas of 68 cases with femoral neek fracture treated by internal fixation with closed reduction and hollow compression screw were retrospectively analyzed from 2001 to 2008 in our hospital. Results All cases were followed up for 1 to 2 years. 63 cases obtained the fracture healing （92.6%）. Function evaluation was excellent in 40 cases （57.1%） and good in 14 cases （20.6%）, the excellent and good rate of the cases was 79.4%. Conclusion This method of internal fixation with closed reduction and hollow compression screw is quick, simple, low cost operation and has excellent efficacy, which especially in rural areas, backward economy areas is more easily accepted as the complementary treatment of femoral neck fracture.
