Objective To prevent all kinds of adverse events and the occurrence of nursing errors. Methods Detail management in- clude such methods as establishment of management system and mechanism, improvement of ability and awareness for preventing accident and errors, practice management of ＂False sharing＂, timely guidance of field work to focus on high-risk factors. Results Implementation of detail managemen has enhanced the nursing service quality, significantly improved the nurse-patient relationship, and achieved better results. Conclusion Detail management has unique scientific and normative advantages, which has played an important role in nursing practice.
