Status Quo and Suggestions on Pharmacy Administration in Local Medical Institutions of Kaiping City

目的了解本地区基层医疗机构药事管理的现状,不断完善基层医疗机构药事管理机制,提高药事管理水平。方法调查基层医疗机构药事管理工作现状,针对存在的问题提出合理化建议与对策。结果与结论基层医疗机构应加强政策法规的学习,提高对药事管理工作的认识;加大对硬件设施的投入,全面推进药事管理工作,服务医疗事业。

Objective To learn more about the status quo on the local Pharmaceutical Administration in primary level medical institu- tions; perfect the management mechanisms and improve the level of management of the Pharmaceutical Administration in primary level medi- cal institutions. Methods Rational proposals and strategies was aimed at the problems which were put forward by investigating the status quo of the pharmaceutical administration in the local medical institutions. Results ＆ Conclusions Policies and regulations should be strength- ened in the local medical institutions so as to improve their cognition on pharmaceutical administration; hardware facilities should be improved so as to facilitate the launching of pharmaceutical administration extensively to serve for the medical and health organizations.
