摘要
保障上海世博交通顺利运行不能单纯依靠增加道路供给,更要提高已有交通设施的利用效率。由世博出行需求与供给矛盾出发,说明实施世博可变车道技术的必要性。重点考虑世博交通与日常背景交通之间的协调,提出世博可变车道的设置原则。以上海市林浦路为例,从可行性、方案设计、控制系统、相关设施设置、配套措施五个方面分析世博可变车道的实施方案。最后,对林浦路设置可变车道技术的实施效果进行评价,饱和度指标对比结果表明,采用可变车道技术可显著减轻早晚高峰主流向交通压力,提高世博通道的服务水平。
To ensure an efficient traffic operation during the World Expo 2010 Shanghai, it is not sufficient to solely depend on increasing capacities of transportation facilities. Enhancing the efficiency of the existing system should be also considered to reduce the gap between the demand and supply. Implementing reversible lane can balance the demand and supply that change dynamically by direction and time. Using Shanghai Linpu Road as an example, this paper discusses the reversible lanes in five aspects: feasibility, design, traffic control system, related facilities and measures. Finally, a performance evaluation is conducted on reversible lanes by using volume to capacity ratio as a degree of saturation index. The results show that the using reversible lanes can relieve traffic congestion effectively during peak hours and, therefore, improve the level of service of the corridors carrying the Expo traffic.
