摘要
港口作为物流系统中的重要节点,其竞争日益激烈,并正在向港口群之间的竞争演化,由外延式扩张向内涵效率型发展。港口群物流系统效率是港口内涵式发展的重要的测度值。本文针对现有研究中缺乏效率测算分析的问题,将环境变量以模糊数的形式引入多系统DEA模型,构建多子系统模糊DEA模型,并对我国沿海三大港口群进行了实证模拟,结果表明,环境因素确实对港口群物流系统的运行效率有着一定的影响,较好地验证了该模型适用于港口群物流系统效率测度。
As the important node in logistics transportation system,port faces increasingly fierce competition,even among the port groups,and is developing from extensional mode expansion to the intensional efficient mode.Port group logistics system efficiency is the important measure value of the port intension mode development.This paper brings the environment variable by fuzzy number form into the Multi-System DEA model,constructs the multiple subsystem fuzzy DEA model,and makes up the blank for this research in China.Finally,this paper uses this model processing demonstration simulation to three big ports in coastal area of China,analyzes as well as compares with the traditional DEA model.The result proves that the environment factors do have certain effect on the operational efficiency of port group logistics system,and certifies that this model is suitable for the measurement of port group logistics system.
