小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察小叶黑柴胡茎叶总黄酮(TFA)对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法腹腔注射0.12%CCl4橄榄油溶液制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测各组小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST);同时测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。在光学显微镜下观察肝脏病理组织学变化。结果与CCl4模型组相比较,经TFA预防性治疗后,小鼠血清中ALT、AST的活性明显降低(P<0.01),同时肝组织中MDA的含量明显下降、SOD的活力明显增强(P<0.01)。形态学观察显示TFA能明显改变肝组织的病理变化。结论TFA对急性肝损伤小鼠具有保护作用。 Objective To determine the protective effect of total flavonoids of the aerial part of Bupleurum smithii Wolff varl parvifolium (TFA) on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCL) in mice. Methods All groups except the nomal group were intraperitoneally injected with 0.12% CCl4 olive oil solution to induce acute hepatic injury. The contents of ALT, AST in the serum, MDA content and SOD activity in the liver were measured and the hepatic histological changes were observed by optical microscope. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of ALT and AST in the serum were obviously decreased (P〈0.01). The content of MDA in the liver was obviously decreased (P〈0.01), and the activity of SOD in the liver was markedly improved (P〈0.01) after preventive treatment with TFA. Observation of pathological slices showed TFA could improve hepatic pathological changes distinctively. Conclusion TFA has protective effect on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
