网络是现代科技带给人类的福祉,它有利于大学生消除垂直交往产生的隔阂;有利于大学生消减文化冲突导致的交往不适;有利于大学生拓展人际交往范围;有利于大学生的自由充分交流。但网络交往也弱化了大学生的人际沟通能力;导致了大学生人际交往的失范。我们应从政府、学校、大学生三方面齐抓共管,发挥其正面影响,规避其负面作用,使网络为我所用。

The Intemet is human happiness brought by the modem science and technology. Its positive function on the interpersonal communication of university students is as follows： spiritual contacts facing straightly to heart can dispel unhappiness produced by physical contacts; signifying multimedia communication can subdues uncomfortable feeling caused by the cultural conflict; The Ultra space-time travel can expand the range of human communication, and the fictitious space makes it possible that exchanges thought freely and fully .The negative impact on university student＇s personal communication of the intemet is as follows： Freedom caused by the intemet association will reduce the ability of university student＇s interpersonal communication; weak control of intemet associate causes mistakes of university student＇s communication .We should pay attention to the influence of the intemet to interpersonal communication among university students and take charge in it from three respects of government, school, university student, and display its positive influences, evade its negative function, make the network utilize correctly.
