摘要
语言的共同性使母语对英语输出产生积极的效应,即正迁移,而语言的特殊性使英语学习者利用母语的语法框架、句型模式、文化习惯去套用英语句子,束缚了学习者的想象力和灵活性,妨碍了表达,对语言输出产生消极效应,即负迁移。只有通过两种语言的对比才能实现由自觉的语言输出变成自发的行为。
To succeed in English public speaking, a Chinese native speaker should be self-confident, eloquent, knowledgeable, humourous and above all good at the second language. The mother tongue exerts positive effects, that is, positive transfer on language output due to the similarities of languages while the specific characteristics of each language make it hard to express oneself for the negative effects or negativetransfer of the mother tongue. Only by comparing the two languages and frequently practicing the target language can the second language be expressed spontaneously.
