影响压后气举的排液时效分析

摘要 分析气举阀排液时效的影响因素,并通过现场试验进行验证。得出以下结论:在阀级数一定的条件下气举排液时效主要受井筒流态的影响;阀孔直径和注气排量的大小直接影响井筒流态;在泡流、段塞流、过渡流及雾状流4种流态中又以段塞流的持液率最高;在排出液量一定的条件下,段塞流在气举阀压后排液时效最好。 In the paper, it analyzes the influencing factors of flow pattern efficiency of gas lift, and validates these by experiments.The results show that the efficiency is mainly influenced by flow pattern of wellbore when valve' s stage is certain.The flow pattern of wellbore is influenced by diameter of valve hole and the size of gas injection discharge.The liquid holdup of slug flow is the highest among bubbly flow, slug flow, transitional flow and mist flow. The flow pattern efficiency of slug flow is the best when discharge capacity is certain.
