分采分输抽油系统故障诊断模型的数值分析

摘要 建立分采分输抽油系统的故障诊断模型,并提出一种迭代法和差分法相结合的数值分析求解方法,获得抽油系统各个工况下空心抽油杆柱任意截面的受力状态,从而分别得到空心泵和管式泵的示功图。将此算法与模式识别技术相结合,可用于分采分输抽油系统的故障诊断。 In this paper, the diagnosis model of pumping system with exploration and transportation separately is established, and a numerical analysis method is given by combining iterative algorithm with finite difference method. This algorithm can be applied to solve the diagnostic model ,thus the stress of arbitrary cross sections of hollow sucker rod under various states are obtained, and the indicator diagrams of hollow and tube pump can be drawn. Combine this algorithm with the mode identification technique is able to diagnose the faults of sucker rod pumping system with exploration and transportation separately.
