摘要
对PE微孔管应用在水力旋流器领域的可能性及其工作原理进行了理论分析,并用PE微孔管将常规液-液水力旋流器的尾管段替换,在后者的结构基础上研制了一种改进结构的水力旋流器,并利用该旋流器对油水混合液进行了分离实验研究,测定和分析了相关效率,对于微孔管与旋流器的结合应用具有一定的意义。
Analyzed the possibility and work-elements for applying the PE micro-pore tube to the field of hydrocyclone,and replaced the tail-tube of normal liquid-liquid hydrocyclone by the PE micro-pore tube,a revised hydrocyclone was developed based on the latter's structure,and separation experiments were carried out for oil-water mixture by using the new hydrocyclone.The correlative efficiency was measured and analyzed,which is helpful for the application of micro-pore tube and hydrocyclone together.
