隔物温和灸对膝骨性关节炎家兔软骨细胞及滑膜组织病理学的影响

Effects of Mild Moxibustion Separated by Objects on Chondrocyte and Synovial Membrane of Rabbits with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究隔物温和灸对膝骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)家兔软骨细胞及滑膜组织病理学改变的影响,探讨其治疗膝OA的作用机制。方法以36只家兔作为实验动物,随机分为正常组、模型组、药物组和隔物温和灸组。正常组不予处理,模型组、药物组和隔物温和灸组均采用关节制动的方法建立膝OA模型。模型组造模后不予处理,药物组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊的药粉混入饲料中定量喂饲,隔物温和灸组采用隔物温和灸治疗,观察各组治疗后软骨细胞及滑膜组织病理学的改变。结果在软骨积分方面,隔物温和灸组明显优于药物组(P<0.01);在软骨及滑膜组织病理学方面,隔物温和灸组和药物组均能有效减轻膝OA家兔软骨退行性改变及滑膜炎症,抑制软骨细胞的增生及炎性细胞浸润。结论隔物温和灸及仙灵骨宝胶囊均能改善膝OA家兔软骨退行性改变及滑膜炎症,起到治疗膝OA的作用,其作用机制可能与减轻软骨细胞的增生及炎性细胞浸润有关,但以隔物温和灸疗效较显著。

Objective To study effect of mild moxibustion separated by objects on knee osteoarthritis in rabbit cartilage cells and synovial histopathological change,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Rabbits as experimental animals,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,drug group and group of mild moxibustion separated by objects. There was no intervention in the normal group,while the joint braking was used to establish knee osteoarthritis model in model group,drug group and moxibustion group separated by objects. No treatment after modeling. The modeled animals were further divided into model group,Xianlinggubao drug group was given capsules of powder mixed into the feed of quantitative feeder,moxibustion group were treated with mild moxibustion separated by objects. The changes of cartilage cells and synovial histopathology were observed in each group after treatment. Results Points in the cartilage,the modest materials moxibustion group was significantly superior to drug group（P〈0.01） ,in the cartilage and synovial tissue pathology, mild moxibustion group and drug group could effectively reduce the articular cartilage of degenerative changes and synovitis in rabbit of knee osteoarthritis,inhibit cartilage cell proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration. Conclusion Mild moxibustion group and drug group might improve the articular cartilage of degenerative changes and synovitis in rabbit of knee osteoarthritis,play a role in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis but a better efficacy with mild moxibustion mechanism may be related to the reduction of cartilage cell proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration.
