摘要
近年来,温州私营企业劳资纠纷不断上升。主要问题有:工人实际月收入低;工资发放不及时;劳动时间长、强度大;参加社会保险率低;女职工权益没有得到切实的保障;招工中存在年龄、性别歧视;劳动合同不规范;工会职能错位。妥善解决这些问题,构建和谐的劳资关系,有利于促进温州私营经济健康发展。
In recent years, labor disputes of Wenzhou private enterprise are rising constantly. The main problems are including actual monthly income of workers is low, long working time and high intensity, the low rate of participation in social insurance, women workers rights have not been effectively protected, recruitment discrimination on age and sex, labor contracts are not standardized, and dislocation of trade union functions. Properly resolving these problems and building harmonious labor relations can promote the healthy development of private economy in Wenzhou.
