摘要
进入内涵发展期的地方本科院校对师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求,而当前的师资管理存在着受环境资源约束、人力资源管理水平较低、缺乏有效的绩效管理制度、应用型学科教师实践能力不足等诸多问题。为了解决好这些问题,在制定师资管理对策时要遵循系统性、长远性、重点性、创新性原则,进而选择和设计师资队伍建设的具体路径。
In the connotation development period, local colleges and universities have put forward a higher demand on the construction of teaching staff. However, the current management of teaching staff is subject to environmental resource constraints, low level of human resource management, lack of effective performance management system, low efficient practical competence of application-oriented teachersand many other issues. In order to solve these problems, on building the management strategies of the teaching staff, we should follow the systematic, long-term, key and innovation principles to select anddesign the concrete ways.
