University running tradition is a university s precious spiritual wealth and developmental motivation, so it is of great significance to enhance the education of university management tradition for local campus cultural construction. Then local universities should pay attention to theoretical studies to explore rules of university cultural construction, build brand awareness to enrich contents of university cultural construction, reinforce the spiritual and cultural construction to raise the level of university culture construction, and also combine with local cultural characteristics to broaden the influence of campus cultural constructions.
