湖南生产性服务业与新型工业化的互动发展研究

On the Interactive Development of Manufacturing Service Industry and New Industrialization in Hunan Province

生产性服务业是新型工业化的重要支撑,新型工业化是生产性服务业发展的动力。运用1995-2008年间湖南生产性服务业与工业增加值数据分别实证检验了生产性服务业与湖南工业增长、"三废"减排率和工业高新技术产品增长之间的关系,结果表明湖南省工业增长对生产性服务业的拉动效应很大,生产性服务业对新型工业化的全面支撑能力加强,但湖南生产性服务业比重、结构仍然需要进一步改善。

The manufacturing service industry is an important support for new industrialization, and new in- dustrialization is the developmental dynamic for the manufacturing service industry. By using the added value of the manufacturing service industry and the new industrialization in Hunan Province from 1995 to 2008, this paper attempts to prove empirically the relationship between manufacturing service industry and the industrial growth of Hunan Province, and between emission rate of ＂the three wastes＂ （waste gas, waste water, industrial residue） and the growth of hi - teeh industrial preduet. The results indicate that the industrial growth of Hunan Province has a big stimulating effect on the manufacturing service industry, which has intensified its support for the new industrialization. However, the proportion and the structure of the manufacturing service industry should be further improved.
