文化生态学视野下的大学文化建设

On Construction of University Culture from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

我国大学文化建设过多地从宏观上考虑大学如何适应社会变化、被动接受政策安排,忽视了大学文化自身的发展规律,出现严重的生态失衡。大学文化研究也大多从教育学的角度切入,缺少文化学的视角。应将大学文化置于文化生态学的视野之下,从大学文化各种变量的交互作用中研究大学文化的发展规律,进而探究大学文化建设的新途径。

The construction of university culture in China excessively takes into consideration how the university adapts to the social changes and accepts those arrangements of policies, thus it ignores the developmental laws of university construction itself, and there emerges serious ecological imbalance. Most of the researches of university culture focus on educational perspective instead of culture perspective. In view of cultural ecology, this paper studies the developmental law of university culture from its interactions of different variables, and discusses the new ways for the construction of university culture.
