乙醇对凝血功能四项指标检测的影响

The influence of alcohol on the detection results of four indexes in blood clotting

目的探讨乙醇对凝血功能四项指标检测的影响。方法在血浆中加入不同浓度的乙醇为实验组,在血浆中加入蒸馏水和(或)生理盐水为对照组,检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量。观察各组指标的变化情况。结果加入生理盐水组与蒸馏水组,各指标均数间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加入乙醇组与加入蒸馏水组,PT、APTT、TT指标均数间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且随着加入乙醇浓度的增大,各指标明显增加。FIB均数间比较变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达到一定浓度的乙醇对PT、APTT、TT指标检测结果存在影响,对FIB检测结果无影响。

Objective To investigate the influence of alcohol on the detection results of four indexes in blood clotting. Methods Prothrombin time （PT） ,activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）,thrombin time （TT） and fibrinogen（FIB）were measured in the blood plasm which were put into alcoho of different concentration and distilled water or normal sodium, he changes of four indexes in blood clotting was analysised by paired t test. Results The results of four indexes in blood clotting was compared, and there was no significant difference between distilled water group and normal sodium group（P〉0.05）. But there was a significant difference between different concentration alcohol group and distilled water group（P〈0. 05） ,and every index obviously increased along with the increase of the concentration of alcohol, but for FIB. Conclusion When put the alcohol of certain degree of concentration into blood plasm,there were some effect on the detection results of PT,APTT and TT,but for FIB.
