摘要
汽车底盘集成控制是当前底盘控制技术的发展方向,主要包括底盘集成控制对象、底盘集成控制策略、底盘集成控制网络和重构控制技术,重构控制将失效的子系统的控制效果分配给其他健全的子系统,以补偿失效的子系统的影响,保证汽车行驶的性能。介绍了底盘集成系统重构控制的结构,分析了重构控制的故障诊断方法和重构控制方法,以及研究的关键技术和难点问题。底盘集成系统的故障诊断及其重构控制对提高底盘集成系统的自适应能力和智能化水平具有重要意义。
Integrated chassis control is the development trend of current chassis control technologies, four main research aspects are control objects,control strategies, control networks and reconfigurable control. Reconfigurable control is used to allocate the faulted subsystems to the other sound subsystems to compensate for the impact of fault to ensure the driving performance. The structure of reconfigurable control of automotive integrated chassis control system was introduced,the fault diagnosis methods and reconfigurable control methods were analyzed, and the key technologies and difficult problems were also analyzed. The fault diagnosis and reconfigurable control have important necessity and practical engineering significance to improve the self-adaptable ability and intelligent level of automotive integrated chassis control system.
