摘要
针对手机面板表面的几种缺陷类型提出了可行的检测方法,设计了基于黑白面阵CCD的在线检测系统。用VC++6.0开发了应用软件来控制系统自动运行和实现算法。将CCD采集的手机面板图像经过去噪、图像分割等处理后根据判别准则判断产品合格与否,完成缺陷检测任务。实验结果表明:该方法可以取得良好的检测效果。
Some methods to detect the surface defects of cell phone panel are provided. The online detection system based on black-white area array CCD sensors is designed. Software is designed to contorl the system and realize the algorithm with VC + +6.0. After the image of cell phone panel is grabbed by CCD, a series of image processing and analyzing methods such as noise-removing, pattern recognition, feature extraction and so on are used to determine whether it is qualified. Experimental results show that these methods are effective.
