摘要
通过对淤泥密度指数(SDI)仪的测试过程的系统分析,设计了一种全自动测试方案,摒弃了以往传统测试中的人工操作、准确度差等缺点,采用嵌入式单片机、电磁流量变送器等智能元件,设计了嵌入式控制系统、电源系统等硬件电路,建立了LCD液晶显示模块,开发了大量的相应程序,实现对SDI的自动测试。实验测试误差低于1%。该系统具有操作便捷、测量精度高、测试速度快以及显示界面友好等特点。
According to the analysis of the process of SDI test,a new automatic test method is designed. It is not operated by hand, so its accuracy is better than the old method. It can get the data automatically. The main parts of intelligent device include embedded MCU and flux meter. Hardware circuit such as embedded system, power system is designed. Displaying system of LCD is set up and a large amount of software program is developed. The SDI index can be automatically tested. The testing error is low than 1%. The device has the features of easy- operating, high precision, fast-detecting and interface friendly.
