摘要
介绍了一种基于介电常数测量的油液在线监测电容传感器,设计了微小电容检测的软硬件系统,并以此为基础开发了油液在线监测实验系统。对不同铁粉含量润滑油进行的检测实验表明:该传感器可以有效区分不同铁粉含量的润滑油液。进一步实验研究了温度、滑油压力对传感器特性的影响规律,结果表明:温度、压力与传感器电容值之间近似呈线性关系,即温度、压力对润滑油介电常数的影响近似呈线性关系,通过最小二乘拟合得到了传感器电容值随温度、压力的变化曲线,可为基于介电常数的在线油液监测提供参考。
A capacitive sensor for online oil monitoring based on dielectric constant is introduced. The hardware and software systems is designed to detect small capacitance. On the basis of this, online oil monitoring experimental system is developed. The detection experiment on lubricants with different iron content shows that the sensor can effectively distinguish them. Experimental study on the law of the temperature and oil pressure affect on sensor characteristics shows that it is approximate to linear relationship between temperature, pressure and capacitance,that is to say, temperature and pressure affect on dielectric constant of lubricants is approximately linear. The curves of capacitance change with temperature and pressure is achieved by least-squares fitting,which can provide a reference for oil online monitoring based on dielectric constant.
