摘要 将一种基于交比不变性的标定方法应用于工业现场,实现对白车身柔性激光视觉检测站中线结构光视觉传感器的现场标定。利用平面靶标在传感器测量空间内自由移动,结合其数学模型,实现传感器中摄像机的标定;利用透视投影交比不变性获取标定特征点实现对传感器的现场标定。实验结果表明:该方法标定精度高,传感器测量标定精度完全满足白车身测量精度要求。 Aimed to realize on-site calibration of line structured light vision sensor in flexible online laser visual measurement system for car body-in-white, a calibration method based on invariance of cross-ratio is used in the industrial field. In this method, without restriction to the moving of the planar pattern, all the camera parameters can be readily calibrated with the mathematical model. Invariance of cross-ratio perspective projection is used to obtain calibration feature points to realize the on-site calibration of sensors. The experimental results show that this calibration method has the advantage of high-precision and the sensor precision calibrated by this method completely meet demands of measuring precision of body-in-white car.
