摘要
目的:优选伤科祛瘀片的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以干膏得率、芍药苷含量为指标,优选伤科祛瘀片的提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为A1B1C2D3,即用6倍量的水浸泡20min、提取3次,每次1h。结论:该工艺合理、可靠。
Methods： The extraction technology of Shangkequyu tablets was optimized by orthogonal experiment taking t he yield of solid substance and the contents of Paeoniflorin as indexes. Results： The optimal extraction technology was as follows： adding 6 times water and soaking 20 minutes and extracting 1h/time for 3 times. Conclusion： The extraction technology for Shangkequyu tablets is reasonable and reliable.
