摘要
高校扩招后,年轻教师已经成为高校教师队伍的主力军,加强对年轻教师的培养,促其尽快成长是各地方高校的当务之急。当前部分高校对年轻教师的培养仍然重视不够,对年轻教师的培养工作不到位,新教师入职后的培养期太短,大量存在教师破格使用的现象,助教承担的是教授的工作。地方高校要想在未来以教学质量求生存的教育竞争中生存,必须创新教师培养机制,加速对年轻教师的培养,并为他们的专业成长构建各种支持平台。
Young teachers are becoming the main force in universities after enrollment expansion. It is the most urgent task to train them to be skilled in teaching. However the authorities in some universities do not attach importance to young teachers' training. Young teachers are required to give lectures after a short period of training, and some lectures they give may be those that should be given by professors. Local universities must reform the training systems and provide various supportive platform for young teachers if they want to survive in the competitive educational field.
