Good English thinking habits are the key to English learning. The investigation and analysis indicate that differences in cultural awareness and bad habits in Englsh vacabulary learning and oral expression are the main factors that influence the cultivation of English thinking habits. And the cultivation can be achieved by playing teachers＇ exemplary role and adopting scientific methods in teaching grammar, vacabulary and oral English.
