India and Brazil's Rural Construction and Management Regulations: an Overview and Implications

This article describes the rural construction in two developing countries, India and Brazil, then sums up their characteristics and evolution of legal system of rural construction and management. Considering the actual situation of China＇s current rural planning and construction, the author concludes the article with some implications for the improving of legal system of rural construction and management in China.
