飞行学员职业人格特征探讨

Occupational Personality Model of Flight Cadets

目的探讨我军飞行学员的职业人格特征。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)中译本,对198名飞行学员进行测试,探讨其职业人格特征。结果飞行学员的聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、世故性、实验性和自律性明显高于高中男生常模,乐群性、敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、独立性和紧张性明显低于高中男生常模。结论通过因子分析,提取飞行学员个性特征的四个因素:自我控制性、控制他人性、独立自主性和感情冲动性。飞行学员具有较高的自我控制性,同时也表现出跟其年龄和性别相符合的较强的控制他人性、较弱的独立自主性和较强的感情冲动性等人格特质。

Objective To explore the occupational personality model of the flight cadets. Methods The Sixteen Personality Factor Test （16PF） was used to test 198 flight cadets. Their occupational personality characteristics were discussed. Results The personality factor of flight cadets were significantly higher than those of the male adults＇ norm in E- motional Stability, Dominance, Liveliness, Rule-Consciousness Social Boldness, Abstractedness, Openness to Change, and Perfectionism, while lower in Warmth, Sensitivity, Vigilance, Privateness, Apprehensiveness, Self-Reliance and Tension. The personality characteristics of the flight cadets were mainly composed of four factors： self-control, domina ring others, independence and impulsion. Conclusion The flight cadets are better in self-control. And they exhibit the personality of dominating others and impulsion, which accords with their ages and genders.
