摘要
根据中药"多成分,多层次,多靶点,整体协同作用"的特性,结合现代分析技术的应用,依据中药整体性研究思路,体现中药的"整体性"和"模糊性";同时将中药化学物质基础与药效、安全性研究相结合,探索中药质量控制的创新模式,从而反应其"内在"、"综合"的质量,提出中药质量控制"有效组分—有效成分—药效作用—毒性研究"的多元化创新体系,实现中药质量的安全、有效、稳定、可控。
According to the feature of traditional Chinese medicine that ＂multi-component, muhi-level, multi-target, the overall collaborative role＂, combined with the application of modem analytical technitlues, based on the thought on traditional Chinese medicine study of wholeness, reflecting traditional Chinese medicine＇s ＂wholeness＂ and ＂ambiguity＂; at the same time,the chemical material base of traditional Chinese medicine will be combined with efficacy and safety study of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore an innovative model of traditional Chinese medicine quality control,and to reflect its ＂intrinsic＂, ＂comprehensive＂ quality, come up with a diversified innovative system of ＂effective parts - active ingredients - pharmacodynamic effects - toxicity studies ＂ quality control of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine safe, effective, stable and controllable.
