消炎痛治疗放环后宫内出血100例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Indomethacin Treatment for the Patients with Hemorrhage after the Release Ring in 100 Cases

目的:探讨消炎痛治疗放环后宫内出血的临床疗效。方法:选择2003年6月—2009年12月我站收治的女性宫内节育器放置手术后宫内出血患者100例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用口服消炎痛的治疗方案,对照组则采用口服安络血进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果及药物不良反应等指标进行对比分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者的显效率和总有效率明显提高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,观察组患者发生恶心、呕吐和头痛、眩晕的比率明显降低,差别亦均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:采用消炎痛用于治疗女性宫内节育器放置手术后宫内出血,其疗效确切,效果显著,毒副作用小,是宫内节育器放置手术后宫内出血患者的首选药物。

Objective:To probe into the clinical observation of indomethacin treatment for the patients with hemorrhage after the release ring in 100 cases. Methods:Selected in June 2003～December 2009 during which I stand IUD placement of women admitted to 100 patients with surgical bleeding Temple patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 patients in each group. Observation group were treated with oral anti-inflammatory pain treatment programs,the control group with oral administration of an envelope of blood to treat both groups the treatment of patients with adverse drug reactions effects and comparative analysis of indicators. Results:Compared with control group,observed group of patients with significant efficiency and significantly increase the total effective,there were significant differences (P<0.05). At the same time,Compared with control group,observer Group nausea,vomiting,headache and dizziness rate significantly lower,there were also significant differences (P<0.05). Discussions:Use of indomethacin for the treatment of women,IUD placed surgical bleeding temple,its curative effect,the effect significant,toxic side effects,surgery is the IUD put harem drug of first choice in patients with internal bleeding.
