中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床观察

Clinical Dbservation on treating chronic obstructive emphysema by Combination of TCM and WM

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床疗效。方法:将128例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组采用常规解痉平喘、消炎、激素和吸氧等综合治疗;观察组在此基础上加用中药治疗。结果:观察组治愈好转率明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床疗效良好,值得推广应用。

Objectire： To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of the Chinese traditional and Western medicines in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods： 128 patients are divided into two groups at random. The reference group （including 64 cases） undergoes complex treatment including conventional spasmolysis, asthma relief, anti-inflammation, hormones and oxygen inhalation. The observation group （including 64 cases） is treated with Chinese traditional medicines based on the therapy for the reference. Results： According to the comparison of the curative effects of the two groups, the curative ratio of the observation group is markedly higher than that of the reference group. Conclusions ：The combination of the Chinese traditional and Western medicines has better clinical curative effect in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.
