30例关节镜下胫骨平台骨折治疗体会

Treatment Experience on 30 Cases of Arthroscopic tibial Plateau fractures

目的:探讨在关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法:在关节镜监视下对30例胫骨平台骨折患者行小切口复位螺钉内固定术,镜下同时处理关节内合并损伤。结果:术后随访6～20个月,平均14个月,疗效参照HSS评分标准,优19例,良9例,优良率为93.3%。结论:关节镜治疗胫骨平台骨折损伤小、观察关节面准确,可同时治疗关节内的其它病变,有利于早期恢复功能,并减少后期切口并发症。

Objective：To summarize and explore treatment of tibial plateau fractures under arthroscope. Methods：30 patients with tibial plateau fractures got reduction and smooth articular facet under arthroscopic surveillance to get bonegrafting and by using hollow titanium screw to get fixation. Results：All patients were followed up 6 to 20 months （mean 14 months） , efficacy of the standard reference to HSS score excellent in 19 cases,good in 9 cases, good rate of 93.3%. Conclusion：Arthroscopic treatment of tibial plateau fracture injury and to observe the articular surface accurately, which can treat the other intra-articular lesions is conducive to early recovery and reduce complications of post-incision.
